Party assumes all risk of loss, damage, and/or injury to any property or person sustained through Party's use of Church's facilities and property. Party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Covenant Presbyterian Church, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers ("Church") from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with Party's use of Church’s facilities, including any injury or damage to persons or property caused by Party, its guests, or invitees. This includes but is not limited to, any claims resulting from negligence, including Church's negligence except where caused by the Church's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
